<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA" HELD DECEMBER 6, 1965. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on December 6, 1965 <br />at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm; and <br />Trustees Curley, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Goodrich. <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1407. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS ON STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT NO. 65-40. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the <br />improvement of that real property situate in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, and legally described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />A strip of land 60 feet in width, 30 feet on either side of <br />the following described line: Beginning at a point on the <br />centerline of Fairview Avenue and 800 feet South of t~e North <br />line of the Southea st Quarter (S. E. 1/4) of Section Four (4) I <br />Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-three (23), thence <br />extending eas tward and parallel with the North line of said <br />Quarter sectim a distance of 1073 feet to a point and there <br />terminating; also including all lands within a 60 foot radius <br />from the above mentioned point of termination, <br /> <br />said improvement to consist of the construction of a nine ton axel load <br />street to be constructed of bituminous paving, and also to be constructed <br />with concrete curbs and gutters, to be forty-four (44) feet in width over <br />and upon the above described property, bids were received opened and <br />
