A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc., of <br />North Saint Paul, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA" ,AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor an d Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into the attached contract with T. A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc., of <br />North Saint Paul, Minnesota, in the name of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota for the above described improvement upon the above described <br />real property, according to the plans and specifications therefor approved <br />by the Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except <br />that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall <br />be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Grauel, and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />all members present voted in favor thereof, and no one voted against the <br />same. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
