<br />Roseville Planning Commission Minutes <br />July 2, 1975 <br /> <br />The July 2, 1975, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Connnission was <br />called to order by Chainnan Grauel at 7: 30 P.M. <br /> <br />~mbers present: Cushing, G. Johnson, V. Johnson, Rukavina, Mastel and Grauel. <br />Kellett arrived at 7:35 P.M. <br /> <br />Members absent: None <br /> <br />Staff Present: Michael Gere, representing Howard Dahlgren Associates, <br />Terry Kramer and Steve North <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr. Mastel moved and Mr. Rukavina seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of June 4, 1975, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushing, G. Johnson, <br />Rukavina, Mastel and Grauel. Nays: None. Abstain: V. Johnson. <br /> <br />Planning File 903 - Barry O'~ara request for preliminary plat approval <br />"Omearaca Addition" at approximately the 2200 block <br />of Nancy Place <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Barry O'Meara indicated that he proposes to plat the property into five <br />single family lots. He stated that the lots confonn to the construction of the <br />new streets in the area. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Don Lais, representing Mrs. Hugley, 931 West County Road B, indicated that <br />his client has no objections to the plat. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. V. Johnson moved and Mrs. Cushing seconded, that the Commission recommend <br />approval of Barry O'Meara's request for preliminary plat "O'Mearaca Addition" <br />at approximately the 2200 Block of Nancy Place. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushing, <br />G. Johnson, V. Johnson, Rukavina, Mastel and Grauel. Nays: None. Abstain: <br />Kellett. <br /> <br />Planning File 904 - Max DeFlorin request for division of lot at 964 County Road B <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. DeFlorin indicated that he proposes to divide his lot and that he would <br />probably sell the newly created lot sometime in the future. Mr. DeFlorin stated <br />that he would be willing to dedicate 10 feet of additional right-of-way on <br />County Road B and 30 feet of additional right-of-way on Burke. <br />
