<br />Roseville Plarming Commission Minutes <br />November 5, 1975 <br /> <br />The November 5, 1975, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission was called <br />to order by Chainnan Grauel at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Members present: Rukavina, Mastel, Cushing, G. Johnson, V. Johnson, Kellett and Grauel. <br /> <br />Members absent: None <br /> <br />Others Present: Howard Dahlgren and Terry Kramer <br /> <br />Approval of Mil\utes <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina moved and Mrs. Cushing seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of <br />October 1, 1975, be approved. Ro 11 Call, Ayes: Rukavina, ~1as te 1, Cushing, G . Johnson, <br />Kellett and Grauel. Nays: None. Abstention: V. Johnson. <br /> <br />Planning File 930 - Frank Jaroscak request for relocation of a dwelling at 3048 North <br />Fairview Avenue <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mrs. Jaroscak presented additional plans showing the present home and proposed alterations <br />to the home. She indicated that she and her husband who is an invalid presently live at <br />3049 Shorewood Lane and that the house being moved will be rented to their son. She fur- <br />ther indicated that the house had altunim.un siding installed in 1968 and a new roof installed <br />in 1974, and that they plan to build a family room to the rear of the home in conjunction <br />wi th the remode 11 ing. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />~IT. Howard Dahlgren presented a slide presentation showing the home in its existing loc- <br />ation and the lot to which the home is being roved, along with other existing homes along <br />Fairview Avenue. <br /> <br />The Chief Code Enforcement Officer s report to the Cotmcil was read. <br /> <br />Mr. V. Johnson asked when the house would possibly be occupied. <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina commented that had the Building Inspector been aware of a substantial remodell- <br />ing plans as they were presented at the meeting his report could have been substantially <br />different. <br /> <br />Recorrunendation <br /> <br />Mr. V. Johnson moved and Mr. Rukavina -..cORded, that the Commission reconunend approval of <br />Frank Jaroscak's request for relocation of a dwelling to 3048 Fairview Avenue with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the remodelling be carried out essentially in conformity to the plans that <br />were presented to the Plarming Commission. <br />2) That the landscaping of the yard be done by the end of calendar year 1976. <br />3) That the structure be brought to confonni ty with all City codes. <br />4) That an additional ten feet of right-of-way be dedicated to the City for Fairview <br />Avenue. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Rukavina, Mastel, Cushing, V. Johnson, G. Johnson, Kellett and Grauel. <br />Nays: None. <br />
