<br />-2- <br /> <br />Planning File 932 - Ken Reinhardt's request for preliminary plat approval "Ken Reinhardt <br />Addition No.3" at about 907 Sherren <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Reinhardt made a presentation concerning the plat which develops 5 lots at the <br />intersection of Nancy Place and Sherren. The development was made possible due to the <br />recent road improvement in this area. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. G. Johnson questioned how the lots which front on TH 36 have their access. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Mastel moved and Mr. Rukavina seconded, that the Planning Commission recommend approval <br />of Mr. Reinhardt's request for preliminary plat approval "Ken Reinhardt Addition No.3" at <br />about 907 Sherren. Ayes: Rukavina, Mastel, Cushing, G. Johnson, V. Johnson, Kellett and <br />Grauel. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 933 - Jeromie Larnetti's request for preliminary plat approval "Belair <br />Roselawn Addition" at about 1815 Roselawn <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Lowell Lavediere, representing Belair Builders, Inc., indicated that they were proposing to <br />develop a plat of five lots at the corner of Fairview and Rose1awn. Four of the lots will <br />be built at this time with the fifth lot being land locked until such time as Draper Avenue <br />was constructed. He indicated that the configuration of lots as presented was for the most <br />part dictated by the 20 foot utility easement which runs east and west through the property. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Andrew Janos, 1778 West Ryan, <br />as it was developed and why was <br />code. He also commented that the <br />want Draper Avenue extended. <br /> <br />Don Wheeler, 1723 Rose1awn, asked what are the criteria considered when granting variances <br />and had an environmental impact statement been filed on this plat? <br /> <br />inquired as to who was to maintain Lot 5 until such time <br />Ci ty allowing substandard lots which did not meet the <br />people who live in this area do not at the present time <br /> <br />LeRoy Reinardy, 1800 Ryan Avenue, asked how Lots 3 and 4 would be served by sanitary sewer <br />as there was none existing at the present time in Rose1awn. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. G. Johnson moved and Mr. V. Johnson seconded, that the Commission recornnend approval <br />of Jeromie Lametti' s request for preliminary plat approval "Belair Rose1awn Addition" at <br />about 1815 Roselawn. Roll Call. Ayes: Rukavina, Mastel, Cushing, G. Johnson, V. Johnson, <br />Kellett and Grauel. Nays: None. <br />
