<br />-3~ <br /> <br />Planning File 934 - Arthur Treacher's request for division of lot at 1315 Larpenteur Avenue <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. John Roghstein, Area Manager for Arthur Treacher's, indicated that this lot split would <br />faciE tate a land transfer for the purposes of a lease back agreement between Arthur <br />Treacher's, Inc. and a private party located in New York. He indicated that the present <br />zoning for both lots is B-3. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. G, Johnson asked if this division will in any way effect building setbacks. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Kellett moved and Mrs. Cushing seconded, that the Planning Commission recommend approval <br />of Arthur Treacher's request for division of lot at 1315 Larpenteur Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Rukavina, ~1aste1, Cushing, G, Johnson, V. Johnson, Kellett and Grauel.
