WHEREAS, the Village has been unable to negotiate for the purpose of purchasing said lands; and WHEREAS, under the statutes of the State of Minnesota the Village has the power to take and acquire such property by power of eminent domain; NOW, THEREFORE It BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: The Village Council hereby deems it necessary and convenient that the property described below be acquired by the Village of Roseville for the Roseville Park, all of said property being situated in the Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, to-wit: Park Site 24K (Tract No.1) With easement to Dale Street the South 120 feet of the North 700 feet of the East 100 feet of the West 400 feet of the Northwest Quarter (NW~) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty- three (23). Park Site 24L (Tract No.2) Subject to Dale Street the South 100 feet of the North 800 feet of the West 400 feet of the Northwest Quarter (NW~) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-three (23). Park Site 24M (Tract No.3) The East 390.8 feet of the South 120 feet of the North 1124.79 feet of the West 583.8 feet of the Northwest quarter (NW~) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-three (23). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the estates to be acquired are fee simple absolute.
