He inquired if <br />the applicant felt it was necessary for the sign to be 30 feet rather than the permitted <br />2S feet, <br /> <br />~rro Pinkney responded that he thought the sign could be 30 feet high, <br /> <br />My. Dahlgren commented that there were, in addition to the roof sign, several other SIgnS <br />located on the facia of the bUIlding which exceed the permitted square footage, He stated <br />that perhaps it would be appropriate for the applicant and the City staff to get together <br />again and attempt to arrive at a better solution for the signing of the property, <br /> <br />~n. Chlebeck, City Clerk of Little <br />Canada, inviting the Planning Commission to meet with the Little Canada Commission <br />January 21, at the Little Canada City Hall to discuss future development on Rice Street, <br />with particular reference to fast food establishmentso After considerable discussion, it <br />was decided that Mrc North would contact Mr, Chlebeck and ask if it would be possible for <br />the two staffs of the City to get together to discuss the Rice Street situation and pre- <br />pare an agenda which could be used at a joint meeting of the two Planning Commissions, <br />~o North will contact the Planning Commission members with a future date for the joint <br />meeting, <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina moved and My, Grauel seconded, that the meeting be adjourned at 10:15 P.M, <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushing, Go Johnson, Kellett, Rukavina, Mastel and Grauel.
