Margolis' <br />property and felt that the quality of maintenance by Mr. ~~rgolis was important in <br />consideration of whether or not to recommend approval of his request. Mr. Simons <br />also felt that the existing building which is proposed to be used permanently by <br />My. Margolis is visually unappropriate for the area. <br /> <br />Recorrnnendation <br /> <br />Mr. Mastel moved and Mr: Rukavina seconded that the Commission recommend approval of <br />Irving Margolis' request for special use permit for planned unit development at <br />1171 West Larpenteur Avenue with the condition that \vyitten approval be obtained <br />from Applebaum's permitting Mr. Margolis to use their parking lot for his customer <br />parking. Roll Call, Ayes: Rukavina, Kellett, Cushing, G. Johnson, Mastel and V. <br />Johnson.
