Roseville Planning Commission Wednesday, April 7, 1976 The April 7, 1976, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Cormnission was called to order by Chainnan V. Johnson at 7:35 P.H. Members present: Cushing, G. Johnson, Kellett, ~lastel, Rukavina, Simons and V. Johnson. Members absent: None Others present: Council liaison Albert Grauel, Howard Dahlgren, Terry Kramer and Steve North Approval of Minutes. Mr. Rukavina moved and Mr. JvIastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of ~furch 3, 1976, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushing, G. Jop~son, Kellett, Mastel, Rukavina, Simons and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Planning File 959 - Rose Marinelli request for preliminary plat at 2940 Old Highway 8 Presentation Mrs. ~furinelli indicated that she proposes to plat three single family lots. She agreed that the easement required for drainage would be o.k. if she was not required to pay any assessments for the storm sewer. Discussion Mr. Kramer indicated that Mrs. ~furinelli had previously been assessed for storm sewer and that it was the City.' s policy to not assess for a second storm se\\er proj ect. Mr. Krienke expressed concern regarding the drainage problem \vhich exists on his property located to the rear of Mrs. Marinelli's property. He stated that the problem had become more severe after Mrs. ~mrinelli had begun filling the property. Recorrnnendation Mr. Rukavina moved and ivIr. Mastel seconded, that the Commission recommend approval of Rose Marinelli's request for preliminary plat "Marinelli Addition" at 2940 Old Highway 8 with the condition that the drainage problem on the property be resolved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushing, G. Johnson, Kellett, ~1astel, Rukavina, Simons and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
