<br />Roseville Planning Commission <br />Wednesday, April 7, 1976 <br /> <br />The April 7, 1976, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Cormnission was <br />called to order by Chainnan V. Johnson at 7:35 P.H. <br /> <br />Members present: <br /> <br />Cushing, G. Johnson, Kellett, ~lastel, Rukavina, Simons <br />and V. Johnson. <br /> <br />Members absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Others present: <br /> <br />Council liaison Albert Grauel, Howard Dahlgren, Terry Kramer <br />and Steve North <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes. <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina moved and Mr. JvIastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of ~furch 3, 1976, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushing, G. Jop~son, <br />Kellett, Mastel, Rukavina, Simons and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 959 - Rose Marinelli request for preliminary plat at 2940 Old <br />Highway 8 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mrs. ~furinelli indicated that she proposes to plat three single family lots. <br />She agreed that the easement required for drainage would be o.k. if she was not <br />required to pay any assessments for the storm sewer. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Kramer indicated that Mrs. ~furinelli had previously been assessed for storm <br />sewer and that it was the City.' s policy to not assess for a second storm se\\er <br />proj ect. <br /> <br />Mr. Krienke expressed concern regarding the drainage problem \vhich exists on <br />his property located to the rear of Mrs. Marinelli's property. He stated that <br />the problem had become more severe after Mrs. ~mrinelli had begun filling the <br />property. <br /> <br />Recorrnnendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina moved and ivIr. Mastel seconded, that the Commission recommend <br />approval of Rose Marinelli's request for preliminary plat "Marinelli Addition" <br />at 2940 Old Highway 8 with the condition that the drainage problem on the <br />property be resolved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushing, G. Johnson, Kellett, ~1astel, <br />Rukavina, Simons and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br />
