<br />Fnseville Plarming Commission Minlltes <br />Wednesday, August 4, 1976 <br /> <br />The August 4, 1976, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission was called to <br />order by Acting Chairman G. Johnson at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Members present: Mastel, Simons, Kellett, Rukavina and G. Johnson <br /> <br />Vembers absent: Cushing and V. Johnson <br /> <br />Others present: Council liaison Albert Grauel, Howard Dahlgren, Terry Kramer and Steve North <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr. Mastel moved and Mr. Simons seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of July 7, <br />1976, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Simons, Kellett, G. Johnson. Nays: None. <br />Abstain: Rukavina. <br /> <br />Planning File 995 - Steak & Ale request for special use permit and division of lot at <br />1893 West Highway 36 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. North indicated that the applicant has requested the application be continued to the <br />September Plarming Commission meeting because the legal description provided to the City <br />was incorrect. It will, therefore, be necessary to re-publish the notice of hearing in the <br />newspaper and send new notices to the property owners wi thin 250 feet of the property pro- <br />posed to be developed. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina moved and Mr. Simons seconded, that Steak & Ale 's reques t for special use <br />permit and division of lot at 1893 West High\~ay 36 be continued to the Planning Commission <br />meeting of September I, 1976. Roll Call, Ayes: :M'astel, Simons, Kellett, Rukavina and <br />G. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1003 - Harry Kath request for preliminary plat "Kath Subdivision" and <br />special use permit at 2425 North Rice Street <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. North indicated that the applicant has requested the application be continued to the <br />September Plarming Commission meeting. The request is made because the applicant is in the <br />process of proposing changes to the lot dimensions and site plan. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina moved and Mr. Kellett seconded, that l-farry Kath's request for preliminary plat <br />"Kath Subdivision" and special use permit at 2425 North Rice Street be continued to the <br />September 1, 1976, Planning Commission meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Simons, Kellett, <br />Rukavina and G. Johnson. Nays: None. <br />
