He stated <br />that it would be prohibitive for them to do sOo Mr. Larson indicated that the exterior of <br />the building would be split block with rough fir trimo <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mro Dahlgren indicated that it is possible the property, although zoned for shopping <br />center purposes, will not be developed as a shopping center, He stated that the portion <br />of the property to the north could even be used for residential purposes 0 He felt that <br />perhaps the portion of property on Woodhill Drive could well be developed for B-I or B-I-B <br />commercial land use activities, <br />
