<br />Roseville Planning Conmission W ~Iltes <br />Wednesday, October 6, 1976 <br /> <br />The October 6, 1976, regular meeting of the Rosevi1le Planning Commission was called <br />to order by Chairman V 0 Johnson at 7: 30 Po Mo <br /> <br />~mbers present: <br />Msnbers absent: <br />Others present: <br /> <br />Go Johnson, Rukavina, Mastel, Simons, Cushing and Vo Johnson 0 <br />Kellett <br />C01mcil liaison Albert Grauel, fbward Dahlgren, Terry Kramer and <br />Steve North <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr 0 Rukavina roved and Mrs 0 Cushing seconded, that the minutes of the regular meet ing <br />of Septenber 1, 1976, be approved 0 Roll Call, Ayes: Go Johnson, Rukavina, Mastel, <br />SImons, Cushing and Vo Johnson 0 Nays: None 0 <br /> <br />Planning File 1003 ~ Harry Kath request for special use permit at 2425 Rice Street <br /> <br />DIscussion <br /> <br />Mro North indicated that Mr. Kath has requested his application be continued to the <br />November 3, Planning Conmission meetingo <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />Mio Go Johnson roved and Mr 0 Rukavina seconded, that Harry Kath I s request for special <br />use permit at 2425 Rice Street be continued to the November 3, Planning Conmission <br />meeting 0 Roll Call, Ayes: Go Johnson, Rukavina, Mastel, Simons, Cushing and Vo Johnson., <br />Nays: None 0 <br /> <br />Planning File 1012 ~ Oskey Gas & Oil Company request for special use permit at 2070 <br />and 2080 COtmty Road C <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />The representatives of Oskey Gas & Oil Company indicated they have purchased the gas <br />station at the comer of Cotmty Road C and Cleveland Avenue and have upgraded ito They <br />have also purchased the two homes located to the wesL It is proposed to remove the <br />home adjacent to the gas station and install two additional gas pumps on that property a <br />He indicated that the site plan shows a 6 foot high wood screen fence on the east side <br />of the home which will remain 0 He asked that they not be required to construct the fence <br />SInce they also own the homeo He indicated it is anticipated that the operators of the <br />station will eventually live in the homeo <br /> <br />Re corrunendat ion <br /> <br />~1r Rukavina moved and Mr 0 Mastel seconded, that the Conmission reconmend approval of <br />Oskey Gas & Oil Company's request for special use permit at 2070 and 2080 COtmty Road C <br />wi th the condition that if the applicant sells the remaining house for residential use, <br />the proposed fence located on the east property line of the remaining home would be <br />constructed in accordance with the plans, Roll Call, Ayes: Go Johnson, Rukavina, Mastel, <br />Simons, Cushing and V 0 Johnsono Nays: None 0 <br /> <br />Planning File 1013 ~ Sam Cave request for preliminary plat "Cave I s North Botmdary <br />Addition" and variance to setback at 1970 County Road D <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr 0 Cave indicated that he proposes to plat 26 single family lots on Evelyn Street <br />
