Mr. Kramer recommended that those lots <br />be shown on the plat as an outlot 0 <br /> <br />RecoIIDTIendation <br /> <br />Mro Mastel moved and Mr. Simons seconded, that the Corrmission recommend approval of Sam <br />Cave is request for preliminary plat "Cave's North Botmdary Addition" and variance to set ~ <br />back at 1970 County Road D with the condition that Lots 1, 2 and 3, of Block 1, be shown <br />as an "outlot" on the final plato Roll Call, Ayes: Go Johnson, Rukavina, Mastel, Simons, <br />Cushing and Vo Johnson, Nays: None 0 <br /> <br />Planning File 1014 - Sam Cave request for preliminary plat "Cave I s Rearrangement of <br />Hillsborough Noo 4" and rezoning from R-l to R-2 and B~1 at <br />193 Minnesota <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr, Sam Cave indicated that he proposes to replat the property recently platted by <br />Ban~Con, Inc. He also proposes to rezone two of the lots on Minnesota Street from Rol <br />and Roo 2 and the two lots on Woodbridge Circle from R-l to B-lo Mr 0 Cave corrmented that <br />he would provide the necessary parking for the B-1 property on his own lots 0 <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina roved and Mrs. Cushing seconded, that the Connnission reconnnend approval of <br />Sam Cave's reques t for pre liminary plat "Cave's Rearrangement of Hi llsborough No c 4" <br />and rezoning from R-l to R-2 at 193 Minnesota with the condition that the necessary <br />easements be provided as required by the Public Works Director 0 Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Go Johnson, Rukavina, Mastel, Simons, Cushing and Vo Johnson 0 Nays: None 0 <br /> <br />Planning File 1015 .- Dorothy Healy request for preliminary plat "Healy Pondview" at <br />1955 Cleveland <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr 0 Jim Johnson, representing Mis 0 Healy, indicated that they propose to plat three single <br />family home lots. <br />
