<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON DECEMBER 6, 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held p.t the Village Hall in said Village on December 6, <br />1965 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm; and <br />Trustees Curley, Grauel and Shields, <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Goodrich. <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the follOWing Resolution and <br />moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1409 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of <br />that real property situate in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, legally described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />A strip of land 60 feet in width, 30 feet on either side <br />of the following described line: Beginning at a pOint <br />on the centerline of Fairview Avenue and 800 feet South <br />of the North line of the Southeast Quarter (S. E .1/ 4pf <br />Section Four (4), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range <br />Twenty-three (23), thence extending eastward and <br />parallel with the North line of said Quarter section a <br />distance of 1073 feet to a point and there terminating; <br />also including all lands within a 60 foot radius from <br />the above mentioned pointd termination. <br /> <br />Said real property has been dedicated and accepted by the Village of <br />Roseville as a public thoroughfare, and said improvement is proposed <br />to consist of the installation of sanitary sewer mains and water mains <br />and the pipes and appurtenances thereto, over, under and across said <br />public thoroughfare. <br />
