NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Said petition was filed with the Village Council for the Village of Roseville on , 1965, and is declared to be signed by One Hundred Per Cent (100%) of the owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minn. Stats., Sec. 429.035. 2. This petition is hereby referred to Banister Engineering Company and they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields, and upon a vote being taken thereon, all members present voted in favor thereof, and no one voted against the same. WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
