<br />Planning Comnission Min~ ._cs <br />Wednesday, December 1, 1976 <br /> <br />The December 1, 1976, regular rreeting of the Roseville Planning Ccmnission was called <br />to order by Chairman V. Johnson at 7: 35 P.M <br /> <br />Members present: <br />Members absent: <br />others present: <br /> <br />Cushing, G. Johnson, Kellett, Rukavina, Mastel, SiIrons, V. Johnson. <br />None <br />Howard Dahlgren and Terry Kraner <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr. Mastel nuved and Mr. Rukavina seconded, that the minutes of the regular rreeting <br />of Novenber 3, 1976, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushing, G. Johnson, Kellett, <br />Rukavina, Mastel, SiIrons and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1025 - lOng Cadillac request for division of lot at 1971 S'IH 36 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dick IDng of Long Cadillac indicated that he has purchased the vacant lot directly <br />to the west of his present Cadillac Agency. He plans to divide this lot in such a way <br />that will provide him an additional area to park vehicles fran his agency and still <br />retain a salable buildable lot. <br /> <br />Recarmendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina lIDVed and Mr. G. Johnson seconded, that the Conmission reccmrend approval <br />for division of lot at 1971 S'IH 36. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushing, G. Johnson, Kellett, <br />Rukavina, Mastel, SiIIDns and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1026 - Minnesota Ohio Oil Corporation request for variance to rear <br />yard setback at 3110 Cleveland <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. A. F. Berglove of Minnesota Ohio Oil COrporation presented the background inform- <br />ation concerning his lots. The Minnesota Oil Company owns two lots at this location and <br />the variance would allow the sale of the eastern portion of their property to Gunnar <br />Pettersen to use for expansion of his parking for the beauty shop which his wife runs. <br />It would also leave a 75 foot single family lot directly to the south of the service <br />station which the applicant has proposed to screen with a wooden fence. <br /> <br />Reconttendation <br /> <br />Mr. G. Johnson nbved, and Mr. Mastel seconded, that the Carrnission reccmrend approval <br />of Minnesota Ohio Oil COrporation I s request for variance to rear yard setback at <br />3110 Cleveland Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushing, G. Johnson, Kellett, Rukavina, Mastel, <br />SiJrons, V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br />
