M:mbers present: Go Johnson, Kellett, Rukavina, Mastel, Swns and V. Johnson. Cushing arrived at 7:35 P.M. Members absent: None Others present: Council liaison Al Grauel, Howard Dahlgren, Terry Krarrer and Steve North Approval of Minutes Mr. Rukavina m:>ved and Mro Go Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of December 1, 1976 be approvedo Roll Call, Ayes: Go Johnson, Kellett, Rukavinaff Mastel, Sim:>ns and Va Johnson 0 Nays: None. Planning File 1027 - Canadian Financial Corporation request for special use permit for planned unit developrent at 2800 North Snelling Avenue. Presentation Mr. Gary Carlson of Canadian Financial Corporation has requested by letter that the application be continued until the February rreeting. Mr. Carlson has advised the City that progress has been rrade toward getting the financ- ing necessary to construct the project as originally proposed. FecorrnEndation Mr 0 Rukavina fuved, and Mr. Kellett Seconded, that Canadian Financial Corporation!s request for special use permit for planned unit developrrent at 2800 North Snelling Avenue be continued to the Planning Corrmission meeting of February 2, 19770 Roll Call, Ayes: Go Johnson, Kellett, Rukavina, Mastel, Sim:>ns and V.
