Mastel rroved and Mr. Rukavina seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of <br />January 5, 1977, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Rukavina, Mastel, Slirons, Cushing,' <br />G. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1027 - Canadian Financial Corporation request for sp2cial use permit <br />for planned unit deve1or:rnent at 2800 North Snelling Avenue <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />rt.a:-. North indicated that Canadian Financial Corporation has requested that tbeir <br />application be withdrawn. <br /> <br />Recorrrrend.ation <br /> <br />Mr. G. Johnson IIDVed and Mr. Rukavina seconded, that the Camnission rec01me!1d approval <br />of Canadian Financial Corporation's request to withdra~v their application for special <br />use permit for planned unit deve10prrent at 2800 North Snelling Avenue. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1032 - James Trapp request for variance to sign height and size at <br />2211 County Road C-2 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />1/.r. V. JohnSO:1 indicated that Mr. Trapp's application had been discussed at the last <br />COITlr[1ission meeting and asked if there was anyone in the audience \vho was interested in <br />the application. <br /> <br />There ~vas none. <br /> <br />Reco[nmendation <br /> <br />t--1r. Rukavina rroved and Nr. Kellett. seconded, that the Coimtission rE-'Co!1Tren<1 approval <br />of James Trapp's request for variance to sign height and size at 2211 Cotmty Road C--2, <br />\'li th the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That sign A on the drawing be reduced in size from 342 square feet to the <br />allewable 100 square feet. <br />2. That no additional signs be erected on the property exceeding the sign <br />requirerrent limits. <br />3. That the painting of the building in a nonotone be completed as previously <br />stipulated by the City Council. <br /> <br />Poll Call, Ayes: Kellett, Rukavina, Mastel, Simons, Cushing, G.
