It is possible that if the property were divided as proposed, a house <br />could be constructed on the newly created lot vihich would conflittwith future street <br />development plans. Smith, who proposes to buy the parcel to the north, indicated. that he had no pro- <br />posed pla.."1s for the property. <br /> <br />MrS. Kolbinger, 571 W. Roselawn, expressed her opposition to the construction of Carisle <br />Avenue. She also stated. that her neighbor, Mr. Jolm Schafer, has expressed his opposition <br />to the improvement of Carisle. <br /> <br />Mr. Smith agreed to work with the City and obtain the necessary topographical map for the <br />area which could be considered by the Planning Ccmnission in their deliberation of the <br />application. <br /> <br />Reccmrendation <br /> <br />Mr. G.
