Roselawn, expressed her opposition to the construction of Carisle Avenue. She also stated. that her neighbor, Mr. Jolm Schafer, has expressed his opposition to the improvement of Carisle. Mr. Smith agreed to work with the City and obtain the necessary topographical map for the area which could be considered by the Planning Ccmnission in their deliberation of the application.
