Tom VJCGough, contractor for the applicant, indicated that the plan has previously been approved by the Rice Creek Watershed District but he did not knOll if it was tmder new or old requirements. 11r. Runyan stated that the plan provided for interior collection of water into catch basins and that there would be a SllIlp \vith provisions for skinming off oil and debris, but there was no plan for '\'later storage on the property. Hr. Kellett indicated that he was voting yes on the application, but that he hoped the sign ordinance would be obeyed if the dealership was constructed, and not be disregarded as it has been by other car dealerships in the City. Recomrendation Mr. G. Johnson roved and Mr. Rukavina seconded, that the Corrmission recarrrend approval of Marie Slawik' s request for special use permit and variances to sign ordinance and parking setback at 2751 North Snelling Avenue with the condition -that the plan cOI'C'ply with the current requirerrents of the Rice Creek Watershed District for the ponding of water on the property.
