Johnson at 7: 30 P.M. ~s present: M=mbers absent: others present: Rukavina, Mastel, G. Johnson, Sirrons, V. Johnson Kellett, Cushing Terry Kraner and Dick IMinell Approval of Minutes Mr. Rukavina rroved and Mr. Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular rreeting of July 6, 1977, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Rukavina, Mastel, G. Johnson, Sirrons. Nays: None. Abstention: V. Johnson. Planning File 1053 - Herbert Kath request for preliminary plat at 2125 Hamline Avenue Discussion Mrs. Ruth Kath gave a brief discussion outlining the main points of the proposed plat, "zibell's Horrestead Addition". '!his is a plat of the original Zibell harestead that is located at the intersection of Burke and Hamline. She indicated that the proposed plat was bounded on three sides by Burke, Hamline and Eldridge Avenues. Recamendation Mr. G. Johnson rocwed and Mr. Rukavina seconded, that the Corrrnission reconmend approval of Herbert Kath's request for preliminary plat at 2125 Hamline Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: R.1kavina, Mastel, G. Johnson, Simons, V. Johnson. Nays: None. Planning File 1056 - Charles Christiansen request for preliminary plat at 2566 Hamline Avenue Discussion Mr. Charles Christiansen indicated that the land. he was proposing to develop nCM has one house located on it and that he proposes to develop the land in such a marmer to create five new building sites. He also indicated that it is his intent to construct this street yet this year. Recorcrrendation Mr. Rukavina rocwed and Mr. G. Johnson seconded, that the -Ccmn.ission reccmrend approval of Charles Christiansen's request for preliminary plat at 2566 Harnline Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Rukavina, Mastel, G. Johnson, Sirrons, V. Johnson. Nays: None.
