<br />-2- <br /> <br />Planning File lu. - Rolf Amland request for div:, .on of lot at 2193 County <br />Road D <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Amland indicated that he has been a Roseville resident since 1947, when <br />he moved to the location at which he now resides. He also indicated that his <br />health and other considerations have dictated the sale of the proposed lot in <br />question. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Gerald Lee, 2212 Marion Road, asked that as his and rrost of the ha:res in the <br />area, have a front yard setback in excess of 50 feet, haw far the code dictated <br />that the new house wrold have to be setback? He was given the answer of 40 feet. <br /> <br />A letter fran Lawrence Meuers was admitted to the record. Mr. Meuers expressed <br />his opposition to the proposed division, citing as factors the lot size, as <br />ca:npared to the larger lots in the area and the smaller front yard setback which <br />would be required of the new residents. <br /> <br />Terry Kramer requested that the applicant dedicate a 10 foot drainage easement <br />along the north property line of his property. <br /> <br />Reccmrendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina II"Oved and Mr. Sirrons seconded, that the Carrrnission rea::s:tTCeIld approval <br />of Rolf Amland's request for division of lot at 2193 County Road. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1058 - Paul Roberts request for preliminary plat and rezoning fran <br />R-2 and B-1 to R-6 at 2075 Rice Street <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Vern Johnson indicated that the applicant had contacted the staff and <br />indicated that he did not have sufficient plans canpleted to present at this <br />tiIre. 'Ihe applicant requested that the hearing be continued one rrore rronth. <br /> <br />Recormendation <br /> <br />Mr. G. Johnson noved and Mr. Rukavina seconded, that Paul Roberts request for <br />preliminary plat and rezoning from R-2 and B-1 to R-6 at 2075 Rice Street be <br />continued to the September 7, 1977, Planning Ccmnission rreeting.
