He also indicated that his health and other considerations have dictated the sale of the proposed lot in question. Discussion Gerald Lee, 2212 Marion Road, asked that as his and rrost of the ha:res in the area, have a front yard setback in excess of 50 feet, haw far the code dictated that the new house wrold have to be setback? He was given the answer of 40 feet. A letter fran Lawrence Meuers was admitted to the record. Mr. Meuers expressed his opposition to the proposed division, citing as factors the lot size, as ca:npared to the larger lots in the area and the smaller front yard setback which would be required of the new residents. Terry Kramer requested that the applicant dedicate a 10 foot drainage easement along the north property line of his property. 'Ihe applicant requested that the hearing be continued one rrore rronth. Recormendation Mr. G. Johnson noved and Mr. Rukavina seconded, that Paul Roberts request for preliminary plat and rezoning from R-2 and B-1 to R-6 at 2075 Rice Street be continued to the September 7, 1977, Planning Ccmnission rreeting.
