Johnson 0 Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1068 - Grandma lee's request for special use permit at 2287 Rice Street <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Hans Haugen, Ban-Con, Inco, stated that this property had previously been zoned <br />to B-2 with the anticipation that it could be used for two restaurant sites. HCMever, <br />Grandma lee I s is proposing to use the entire site for its restaurant. He stated that <br />the restaurant will serve sandwiches and soup and will sell approximately 20 kinds <br />of bread. He indicated there will be a driveup windCM on the restaurant for the <br />custorrers to pick up focxl or bread. He stated there is no access to Rice Street, but <br />that traffic will enter and exit fraTl Minnesota and Woodbridge. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated that he felt it was a good site plan. <br />
