Planning File 1068 - Grandma lee's request for special use permit at 2287 Rice Street Presentation Mr. Hans Haugen, Ban-Con, Inco, stated that this property had previously been zoned to B-2 with the anticipation that it could be used for two restaurant sites. HCMever, Grandma lee I s is proposing to use the entire site for its restaurant. He stated that the restaurant will serve sandwiches and soup and will sell approximately 20 kinds of bread. He indicated there will be a driveup windCM on the restaurant for the custorrers to pick up focxl or bread. He stated there is no access to Rice Street, but that traffic will enter and exit fraTl Minnesota and Woodbridge. Discussion Mr. Dahlgren indicated that he felt it was a good site plan.
