Johnson. <br /> <br />Merrbers absent: Rukavina <br /> <br />others present: HCMard Dahlgren, Foger Hess and Terry Kraner <br /> <br />Awroval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr. G. Johnson !roVed and Mrs. Cushing seconded, that the minutes of the regular rceeting <br />of CX::tober 5, be approved. FoIl Call, Ayes: G. Johnson, Mastel, Kellett, Cushing, <br />V. Johnson. Nays: N:>ne. Abstention: Swns. <br /> <br />Planning File 1069 - Janes Birch request for division of lot at 3000 Troseth Foad <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Janes Birch indicated that he presently CM11S a lot on Troseth Foad which he plans <br />to divide into two lots; one being 80 feet wide and one being 70 feet wide. He pre- <br />sently has a hone under construction on the lot that is 80 feet wide and indicated that <br />he plans to construct another single family hare on the 70 foot wide lot. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. John Strickland, 3012 Old Highway 8, inquired about the future drainage pattern as <br />his lot was lcwer than the applicants. <br /> <br />Recarmendation <br /> <br />Mr. Kellett roved am Mr. George Jdmson seconded, that the Conroission rea::>~nd approval <br />of Janes Birch is request for division of lot at 3000 Troseth Road. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />G. Johnson, Mastel, Kellett, Cushing, Sim::>ns, V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1071 - Albert Schreiber request for variance to side yard setback at <br />at 1890 and 1900 Iexington Avenue <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Al Schreiber indicated that he plans to construct a four car garage two feet from the <br />north property line 0 'lhis new garage would serve the two apartzrent units located at the <br />addresses indicated in the application. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. George Johnson asked the zoning of the proPerty located to the north. <br /> <br />Mr. SiIrons asked if the variance applied to just the four garages indicated in the appli- <br />cation am also inquired as to what the exterior material of the garage would be. <br /> <br />Recx:mrendation <br /> <br />Mr. Mastel ItDved and Mr. Kellett seconded, that the Carmission recanrend approval <br />of Albert Schreiber's request for variance to side yard setback at 1890 and 1900 <br />
