Johnson rooved and Mro Rukavina seconded, that the minutes of the regular rreetin~ <br />of ~cerrber 71 1977, be approved. Nays: rbne. <br /> <br />Planning File 1076 - Calvin Garley request for variance to ordinance requiring <br />sidewalks at 2670 and 2680 rbrth Oxford <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr 0 Garley :requested that his application be continued until the February Planning <br />Comnission rreeting. <br /> <br />Recorrmendation <br /> <br />Mrs. Cushing roved am Mr. Kellett seconded, that Calvin Garley's request for variance <br />to ordinance requiring sidewalks at 2670 and 2680 rbrth Oxford be continued until the <br />February 1, 1978, Planning Camnission rreeting. Poll Call, Ayes: SirrDns, Kellett, <br />Cushing, G. Johnson, Mastel, Rukavina am V. Johnson. Nays: rbne. <br /> <br />Planning File 1084 - Stephen Behr request for preliminary plat at 645 Transit Avenue <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr 0 Behr indicated that he proposes to plat three lots, one of which will contain his <br />existing hare. <br /> <br />Recc::mrendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina rooved and Mr 0 Mastel seconded, that the Comnission recormend approval of <br />Stephen Behr' s request for preliminary plat at 645 Transit Avenue. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1086 - Grapheo, Inc. request for variance to nurrber of arployees <br />permitted in printing shop at 2755 IDng Lake Iberl <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Bob Kirrrrore, representing Graphco, indicated that they propose to establish a <br />Mr 0 Print operation in the fe>>:rrer Winnebago building. He indicated that the ordinance <br />perm:i ts printing sMps in the B-3 zone which employ not more than 10 persons exclusive <br />of office help. Mr. Ki.Imrore asked that he be permitted to have up to 20 print shop <br />employees exclusive of office help.
