Johnson at 7:35 P.M. <br /> <br />~rs present: Sirrons, Kellett, G. Johnson, Cushing, Mastel, Rukavina and <br />V. Jdmson. <br /> <br />~rs absent: None <br /> <br />Others present: AI Kehr, Howard Dahlgren, Ten:y Kramer and Steve North <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina IIDVed arrl Mrs. Cushing seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />rreeting of January 4, 1978, be approved. FoIl Call, Ayes: Sirrons, Kellett, <br />G. Johnson, Cushing, Mastel, Rukavina and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1076 - Calvin Garley request for variance to ordinance requiring <br />sidewalks at 2670 and 2680 North Oxford <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Garley subrni tted a letter requesting that his application for variance <br />be withdrawn. <br /> <br />Fecamendation <br /> <br />Mr. G. Johnson rroved and Mrs. Cushing seconded, that the Conmission reCC>IrmeIld <br />approval of Calvin Garley's request to withdraw his application for variance to <br />ordinance requiring sidewalks at 2670 and 2680 North Oxford. FoIl Call, Ayes: <br />Sirrons, Kellett, G. Johnson, Cushing, Mastel, Rukavina and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1085 - Glen Stockman request for special use permit at 2370 Prior <br />Avenue <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Doug l<be, archi teet representing Mr. Stockman, indicated they propose to <br />construct an 84 unit rrotel on the northwest corner of Prior Avenue and West <br />Peri.neter .Dri ve. He indicated that the rrotel would have a fire extinguishing <br />sprinkler system. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina CC>IrmeIlted that it would be helpful for the Fire D:!pa.rtIrent if the <br />entrance canopy were approximately 12' high. <br />
