D:!veloprent Corporation request for preliminary <br />Plat at 1751 County !bad B <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Bill Pink, archi teet representing the applicant, indicated they propose to <br />plat three lots. The lot on the corner of Herschel and County !bad B would be <br />used for an office building which would be owned by M. M. D:!veloprent Corporation. <br />The middle lot would be sold for the oonstruction of another office building. The <br />lot on the corner of Fairview and County Ibad B has not been sold, however, when <br />it is, it will be developed as an office building. <br /> <br />Mr. Pink indicated that the materials for all three buildings would be compatible <br />and that the exterior for all buildings wrnld be brick. <br />
