Johnson <br /> <br />~rs absent: None <br /> <br />Others present: Al Kehr, Havard Dahlgren, Charlie Honchell and Steve North <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina m::>ved and Mr. G. Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the <br />regular rreeting of March I, 1978, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Rukavina, <br />Cushing, G. Johnson c;md SOOns. Nays: None. Abstain: Mastel, Dressler <br />and V. Johnson. <br /> <br />Planning File 1091 - Augustine Garcia request for division of lot at 2998 <br />Troseth Road <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Garcia indicated that he proposes to divide his property and sell the <br />newly created lot. <br /> <br />FecatIIEndation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina m::>ved and Mr. Mastel seconded, that the Comnission recCJrl'i'!'erld <br />approval of Augustine Garcia's request for division of lot at 2998 Troseth <br />Road. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1092 - Joseph Freese request for division of lot at 3006 Old <br />Highway 8 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Preese indicatErl that he proposes to divide his lot.
