<br />Reccmrendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina rroved and Mr. Mastel seconded, that the Carmission reccmrend <br />approval of Ed Cave and Sons reqrest for preliminary plat, rezoning from R-4 <br />to R-l and B-l-B and special use permit at 2489 Rice Street. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1105 - Joyce Seaberg request for division of lot at 2240 St. Stephens <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mrs. Seaberg indicated she proposed to divide the lot and that probably her son <br />would be constructing a hone on the new lot. She stated that rrost of her neighbors <br />have done the sane division of their property. <br /> <br />Recormendation <br /> <br />Mr. G. Johnson rroved and Mrs. Cushing seconded, that the Corrmission recorrrrend <br />approval of Joyce Seaberg's request for division of lot at 2240 St. Stephens. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Rukavina, G. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1106 - City of Roseville request for vacation of right-of-way <br />Western Avenue between Sandhurst and STH 36 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Honcehll indicated that the property ONDer to the west of Western Avenue <br />has previously received approval for platting his property which includes a <br />cul de sac extension of Sandhurst Drive. 'Iherefore, Western Avenue from Sandhurst <br />to Highway 36 is not needed. It is recamended that this portion of Western be <br />vacated and that a pedestrian walkway and utility easement be obtained on the <br />western 33 feet. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Er'm'ett Peterson, property ONDer adjacent on the east to the portion of Western <br />to be vacated indicated that he approves the vacation. <br /> <br />Reccmnendation <br /> <br />Mr'. Nays: None. <br /> <br />other Business <br /> <br />Mr. Dick I:Minell of Havard Dahlgren Associates, made a slide presentation to the <br />Ccrnrnission relating to the preliminary report of the Inventory and Analysis of <br />Existing Conditions for the update of the Canprehensive D9velopment Plan.
