<br />Mr. Coverdale stated. tt,at in his opinion the side yard 'l.tariance was necessary <br />but that he could construct the building and maintain the 15 foot setback by reducing <br />the size of the units. <br /> <br />Mr. V. Johnson noted that the Ccmnission had received a letter fran Mr. Thomas <br />WillIros, the adjacent property CMIler, opposed the variance. <br /> <br />Mr. D. Larson, a resident of the area, asked hCM the traffic fran the site would <br />be handled. <br /> <br />Mr. Coven1ale stated that all the traffic would exit to the north onto Pascal and <br />Terrace Drive with no proposed access onto Judith Avenue. <br /> <br />Reccmrendation <br /> <br />Mr. Mastel noved, Mr. SiIrons seconded, that the Carrnission recanrrend approval of <br />Mr. Coverdale's request for rezoning frcm B-l-B to R:-3A and special use pennit and <br />reccmrend denial of the variance to setback at 1420 Terrace Drive.
