<br />-5- <br /> <br />Drainage of the site was addressed by Mr. McGuire who indicated that problems or <br />inadequacies on the site were evident. <br /> <br />Mr. loftsgaarden indicated that they would work with the City of Roseville and the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District in providing proper drainage facilities for the new <br />parking site. <br /> <br />A letter was read fran Mr. Washburn regarding the drainage of water frOOl 'Iherrrofonn <br />Plastics, Inc. onto the Holiday Inn property. The letter has been included with these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Recormendation <br /> <br />Mr. Mastel m:>ved and Rukavina seconded, that the Camnission reccmrend approval of the <br />special use pennit, variance to the height limitations to allcw a 7-story building <br />and a parking setback variance to conform with the existing building line, with the <br />condition that drainage proolems be coordinated with the Rice Creek Watershed District <br />and the City of Roseville. Ayes: G. Johnson, Cushing, Dressler, Mastel, Rukavina, <br />Sim:ms, V. Johnson.
