Johnson. <br />Nays: None . <br /> <br />Planning File 1135 - Thomas Connelly request for pre1i~nary plat at 1870 Alta Vista <br />Drive <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Pokorney stated that Mr. Connelly had contacted him and requested that. his appli- <br />cation be continued until the Noverrber Planning Cormdssion rreeting. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Plarming File 1151 - Carl Wenger request for preliminary plat at 2941 Victoria <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren stated the applicant proposes to dlvide the parcel into three lots, each of <br />which would exceed the minimum requirerrents. ~1r . Dahlgren did suggest that the Corrmission <br />may wish to consider conditions that additional right-af-way be dedicated on Victoria <br />Avenue and that a 10 foot drainage easerrent be provided centered on each lot line. <br /> <br />Mr. Wenger stated that he proposed to di vi.de his present property so as to maintain a lot <br />for his existing hone and also pemtit the construction of a home for his son on the adjac- <br />ent lot to the north. He indicated that it was his intent in the future to sell the third <br />lot located on Millwood Avenue. <br />
