<br />Roseville Plarming Corrrnission Minutes <br />Wednesday, Noverrber 1, 1978 <br /> <br />The Novenber 1, 1978, regular rreeting of the Roseville Plarming Comnission was <br />called to order by Acting Chairman Cushing at 7: 35 p. m. <br /> <br />M=rrber present: Mastel, Rukavina, Dressler and Cushing. <br /> <br />M=rrbers absent: 'T. Johnsal., G. Johnson, and Sim::>ns. <br /> <br />others present: Heward Dahlgren, Planner; Ed M::Guire, Assistant City Engineer~ <br />and Steve North, Assistant City Manager. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr. Mastel m:>ved, Mr. Rukavina seconded, that the minutes of the regular rreeting <br />of October 4, 1978, be approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Rukavina, Dressler and Cushing. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1135 - Thomas Connelly :request for preliminary plat at 1870 Alta <br />Vis'la Drive. <br /> <br />Presentatial. <br /> <br />Mr. Connelly requested that his application be continued to the r.ecenber 6 Planning <br />Carmission rreeting. <br /> <br />Recamendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina rroved, Mr. Mastel seconded, that Thanas Connelly's request for pre- <br />liminary plat at 1870 Alta Vista Drive be continued until the Decen:ber 6, 1978, <br />Planning Gammission meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Rukavina, Dressler and Cushing.
