<br />Planning File 1158 - I.DI1g Cadillac Request for rezoning from B-lB to B- 3 and <br />special use permit at 1965 State Trunk Highway 36 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dick IDng indicated that his dealership has been successful and that they <br />need m:>re space to park, particularly for the employees. Because of insufficient <br />parking, cars are being parked on the street. He stated that the new area will <br />also be used for the storage of new cars. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren reviewed the application and felt that the proposal was a good <br />solution for the parking problem. <br /> <br />Iecomrendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina m:>ved, Mr. Mastel seconded, that the Conmission recam:end approval <br />of IDng Cadillac's request for rezoning from B-lB to B- 3 and special use perrni t <br />at 1965 5TH 36 with the condition that the developrrent be conpleted in accordance <br />with the site plan dated June 7, 1978, and revised September 22 and Septenber 29, <br />1978. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Rukavina, Dressler and Cushing.
