Rosevi11e Planning Commission Minutes Wednesday, D=cerrber 6, 1978 The ~cenber 6, 1978, regular neeting of the Rosevi11e Planning Corrmission was called to order by Chairman V. Johnson at 7:30 P.M. M:mbers present: Silrons, G. Johnson, Dressler, Mastel, Cushing, Rukavina and V. Johnson. M:mbers absent: None others present: Council liaison Al Kehr, HCMard Dahlgren, Ed l-bGuire and Steve North Approval of Minutes Mr. Rukavina ITOved and Mrs. Cushing seconded, that the minutes of the regular rreeting of November 1, 1978, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Dressler, Mastel, Cushing and Rukavina. Nays: None. Abstention: SiITOns, G. Johnson and V. Johnson. Planning File 1162 - Connelly and Canpion request for preliminary plat at 1870 Alta Vista Drive Presentation Mr. Dahlgren reviewed the application am indicated that Mr. Connelly and Mr. Canpion had filed a joint plat as previously recamended by the staff and Planning Corrmission. He stated the property will be platted into five lots. Mr. Dahlgren also indicated that the Public Works ~pa.rtrrent recormends the fo11CMing items be included on the plat: 1. 'Ihat an additional 10 feet be dedicated for right-af-way on Al ta Vista Drive 2. That the St. Paul Water Works property (40 foot wide strip) be shCMrl as CMrled by the Water Works rather than as an easenent 3. 'Ihat the property CMned by Mr. Canpion, north of the 40 foot strip owned by the Water ~Torks Departrrent, be platted as a separate outlot. 4. That there should be a 10 foot drainage easerrent centered on each side lot line and a 20 foot drainage easerrent along the rear property line of Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5. Mr. Canpion indicated he felt the proposal was a good one am that it provides the property with adequate access.
