<br />Rosevi11e Planning Commission <br /> <br />Minutes <br /> <br />Wednesday, D=cerrber 6, 1978 <br /> <br />The ~cenber 6, 1978, regular neeting of the Rosevi11e Planning Corrmission <br />was called to order by Chairman V. Johnson at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />M:mbers present: Silrons, G. Johnson, Dressler, Mastel, Cushing, Rukavina <br />and V. Johnson. <br /> <br />M:mbers absent: None <br /> <br />others present: Council liaison Al Kehr, HCMard Dahlgren, Ed l-bGuire and <br />Steve North <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina ITOved and Mrs. Cushing seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />rreeting of November 1, 1978, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Dressler, Mastel, <br />Cushing and Rukavina. Nays: None. Abstention: SiITOns, G. Johnson and <br />V. Johnson. <br /> <br />Planning File 1162 - Connelly and Canpion request for preliminary plat at <br />1870 Alta Vista Drive <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren reviewed the application am indicated that Mr. Connelly and <br />Mr. Canpion had filed a joint plat as previously recamended by the staff and <br />Planning Corrmission. He stated the property will be platted into five lots. <br />Mr. Dahlgren also indicated that the Public Works ~pa.rtrrent recormends the <br />fo11CMing items be included on the plat: <br /> <br />1. 'Ihat an additional 10 feet be dedicated for right-af-way on <br />Al ta Vista Drive <br /> <br />2. That the St. Paul Water Works property (40 foot wide strip) be shCMrl <br />as CMrled by the Water Works rather than as an easenent <br /> <br />3. 'Ihat the property CMned by Mr. Canpion, north of the 40 foot strip owned <br />by the Water ~Torks Departrrent, be platted as a separate outlot. <br /> <br />4. That there should be a 10 foot drainage easerrent centered on each side <br />lot line and a 20 foot drainage easerrent along the rear property line <br />of Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5. <br /> <br />Mr. Canpion indicated he felt the proposal was a good one am that it provides <br />the property with adequate access. <br />
