Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the regular rreeting <br />of January 3, 1979 be approved. FoIl Call, Ayes: Rukavina, G. Johnson, Dressler, <br />M3.stel, Cushing, SirrDns, V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1168 - Gregory Huberty request for division of lot at 2926 Old Highway 8 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated that the applicant proposes to divide his property into two <br />single lots, one of which WOllld have a frontage of 91 feet and the other a frontage of <br />85 feet. 'Ihe depth of the lots is 290 feet. Mr. Dahlgren comrented that the proposed <br />lots rreet all the requirerrents of the City Code. <br /> <br />Mr. Huberty had no additional co:rments. <br /> <br />RecOITl1'endation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina roved and Mrs. Dressler seconded, that the Corrmission reco:rmend approval <br />of Gregory Huberty's request for division of lot at 2926 Old Highway 8. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1169 - Roberts Construction Inc. request for variance to floor area <br />ratio at 2581 Fairview Avenue <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren stated that the application is for a variance to the floor area ratio. <br />The City Code permits a floor area ratio of .3 in the I-I zoning district. The appli- <br />cant proposes a ratio of .428. Mr. Dahlgren indicated that because the lot is extrerrely <br />deep the larger building permitted by the variance will not have much visible impact. <br />He comrrented that the proposed developrrent conforrred to the ordinance requirerrents in <br />all other respects. <br />
