However, that an initial traffic study <br />provided by the applicant indicated this nay occur in approximately 1993. <br /> <br />Janes Anderson, 1437 Talisman, stated that he would be very happy to see this building <br />constructed. <br /> <br />Mr. Ed Flesher, resident on Primrose CUrve, indicated that this was certainly an <br />iIrproverrent over the previously proposed Shopper City developrrent and that it will be <br />the finest building in Roseville. <br /> <br />ReCOltllTEndation <br /> <br />Mr. G. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Corrprehensi ve Plan Review <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren reviewed with the Corrmission the status of the school district's proposed <br />closing of three elerrentary and one junior high school in the city. <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren also reviaved the areas of the City which could be purchased to complete <br />the park system. He pointed out that in nost cases the purchases were not essential, <br />but would be appropriate to complete thesystem. <br /> <br />After considerable discussion it was decided the Cornnission would discuss the park plan <br />further at its March meeting. <br /> <br />Adjourmrent <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina rroved and Mr. G.
