<br />-7- <br /> <br />Mr. Honchell indicated that there is sane reference to this in the City Code. <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina indicated that the code did not include many small items that were considered <br />to be energy efficient. It was the consensus of the Conmission that a staterrent should be <br />included.!in the Corrprehensive Plan which encouraged the use of energy efficient features <br />in new building. <br /> <br />Mrs. Dressler asked if a statenent couldn it be included concerning bicycle accomrodations <br />on new building. Again, it was the consensus of the corrmittee that a statement be included <br />stating that the provision of bicycle accomrodations would be encouraged where public <br />access is concerned. <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated that he would include these two items in the Corrprehensive Plan. <br />He also indicated that, hopefully, by the next neeting the ~tropolitan Council would ~ <br />to a decision on the housing elerrent. <br /> <br />Adjournnent <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina IIDved and Mr. V.
