Mr. Dahlgren <br />indicated that the applicants have agreed to dedicate 16~ feet of additional <br />right-of-way to Ramsey County for Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />Mr. John Daubney, attorney for the applicants, indicated that they propose <br />to naintain the exterior of the house as it exists and they will be rem:Xlelling <br />the interior of the house for law office use. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. V. Johnson asked that if the rezoning request were approved, when the <br />restrictive convenant would be filed. <br /> <br />Mr. Daubney responded that it would be filed as soon as it were approved. <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina inquired what rights the property owner of the lot would have <br />to revoke the convenant. <br /> <br />Mr. Daubney indicated that the convenant could not be revoked without the <br />consent of the property owner, the neighbors and the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />Mrs. Dressler asked if sarrething went wrong and the convenant was not adhered <br />to, would the neighbors have to hire an attorney to get it corrected. <br /> <br />HI:'. Daubney indicated they could hire an attorney or they could go to <br />ConcilIation Court. <br /> <br />Mr. Tieso and Mr. Stevens indicated that they would grant an easement to <br />Rarrsey County for the 16.5 feet of additional right-of-way needed by Rarcsey <br />County for Lexington Avenue. 'Ihis dedication would be conpleted before the <br />publication of the rezoning ordinance. <br /> <br />Mrs. Dressler indicated she was opposed to the rezoning request because the <br />applicants should be able to rent space in a professional office building <br />instead of coming to the City for a rezoning. <br /> <br />RecoIT1ffi2ndation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina roved am Mr. G.
