Mr. Dahlgren indicated that the applicants have agreed to dedicate 16~ feet of additional right-of-way to Ramsey County for Lexington Avenue. Mr. John Daubney, attorney for the applicants, indicated that they propose to naintain the exterior of the house as it exists and they will be rem:Xlelling the interior of the house for law office use. Discussion Mr. V. Johnson asked that if the rezoning request were approved, when the restrictive convenant would be filed. Mr. Daubney responded that it would be filed as soon as it were approved. Mr. Rukavina inquired what rights the property owner of the lot would have to revoke the convenant. Mr. Daubney indicated that the convenant could not be revoked without the consent of the property owner, the neighbors and the City of Roseville. Mrs. Dressler asked if sarrething went wrong and the convenant was not adhered to, would the neighbors have to hire an attorney to get it corrected. HI:'. Daubney indicated they could hire an attorney or they could go to ConcilIation Court. Mr. Tieso and Mr. Stevens indicated that they would grant an easement to Rarrsey County for the 16.5 feet of additional right-of-way needed by Rarcsey County for Lexington Avenue. 'Ihis dedication would be conpleted before the publication of the rezoning ordinance. Mrs. Dressler indicated she was opposed to the rezoning request because the applicants should be able to rent space in a professional office building instead of coming to the City for a rezoning.
