<br />Roseville Planning Commission Minutes <br />Wednesday, May 7, 1980 <br /> <br />The May 7, 1980, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission was <br />called to order by Chairman V. Johnson at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Members present: Mastel, Rukavina, Simons, Cushing, Dressler, G. Johnson <br />and V. Johnson <br /> <br />Members absent: None <br /> <br />Staff present: Council liaison Al Kehr, James Andre, Howard Dahlgren, <br />Bob Ryan, David Drown and Steve North <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina moved and Mrs. Cushing seconded, that the minutes of the <br />regular meeting of April 2, 1980, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Rukavina, <br />Simons, Cushing, Dressler, G. Johnson and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br />Absentions: Mastel, because he was absent from the meeting. <br /> <br />Planning File 1242 - Ted Eastman request for division of four lots at <br />170 through 202 Transit <br /> <br />Presentation) <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated that this property had previously been platted into <br />four lots and rezoned to R-2 for double houses. The applicant is now request- <br />ing that each of the existing four lots be divided so that each unit of the <br />double houses can be sold separately. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Pat Ryan, 220 Transit, asked if separate utility services existed for <br />each unit. <br /> <br />Mr. Drown responded that there were separate services. <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina moved and Mr. G. Johnson seconded, that the Commission recommend <br />approval of Ted Eastman's request for division of four lots at 170 thru 202 <br />Transit. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Rukavina, Simons, Cushing, Dressler, G. <br />Johnson and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1244 - Proposed Ordinance Providing for Funeral Chapels as <br />a special use in the R-l zoning district <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated that the City Council had denied Mueller-Bies Funeral <br />Home's request for rezoning from R-l to B-1 on Minnesota Street. The Council <br />then instructed the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance providing for <br />
