<br />-3- <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina moved and Mr. G. Johnson seconded, that the Commission recommend <br />approval of the proposed ordinance providing for funeral chapels as a special <br />use in the R-l zoning district with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the ordinance include definitions of funeral chapel and <br />mortuary in the definition section of the zoning ordinance to <br />clearly establish the differences between the two uses as they <br />apply to various zoning districts. <br /> <br />2. That the ordinance include provision that funeral chapels will be <br />permitted only contiguous to Municipal State Aid, County, State or <br />Federal streets or highways. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Rukavina, Simons, Cushing, Dressler, G. Johnson <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Review of Roseville Capital Improvement Program <br /> <br />Mr. Andre briefly reviewed the history of Capital Improvement programming <br />in the city and asked that the Planning Commission review the program to <br />assure the consistency with the Comprehensive Development Plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Bob Ryan of Howard Dahlgren Associates reviewed the proposed Capital <br />Improvements through 1985, including Municipal State Aid Street Improvements, <br />Non-Motorized Pathways, Sanitary Sewer Improvements, Park Acquisition and <br />Park Development. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mrs. Dressler moved and Mr. Rukavina seconded, that the Commission recommend <br />approval of the Roseville Capital Improvement Program. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Mastel, Rukavina, Simons, Cushing, Dressler, G. Johnson and V. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina moved and Mr. G.
