That a private easement be provided for utility services. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Moeller, Rukavina, Cushing, Dressler, Mastel, Matson <br />and Johnson. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina moved and Mr. Matson seconded, that the minutes of the <br />August 5, 1981 Commission meeting be approved with the correction that all <br />comments attributed to Mrs. Cushing be attributed to Mrs. Dressler. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Moeller, Rukavina, Dressler, Mastel, Matson and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. Abstain: Cushing because she was absent from the meeting. <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina expressed concern about the appearance of the various properties <br />on the south side of County Road C between Ham1ine and Snelling Avenue and <br />asked if there was any thing that could be done to improve the appearance of <br />that area. <br /> <br />Mr. North indicated that the staff would review the matter with Mr. Dahlgren <br />to see if there was any action that could be taken. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina moved and Mrs. Cushing seconded, that the meeting be adjourned at <br />9:45 P.M. Roll Call, Ayes: Moeller, Rukavina, Cushing, Dressler, Mastel, <br />Matson and Johnson. Nays: None. <br />
