<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DECEMBER 13, 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 13th day of December, 1965 <br />at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />MAYOR Cedarholm; and <br />TRUSTEES Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields. <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1414 <br /> <br />WHEREAS I pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village <br />Council on November 15, 1965, Banister Engineering Company has prepared <br />plans and specifications, for the improvement of that real property lying and <br />being within the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and which <br />is legally described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and hereby made a part <br />hereof as if fully set forth herein, and has presented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications I a copy of which are <br />attached hereto as Exhibit B and hereby made a part hereof, are hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. This improvement project is hereby designated <br />as Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 65-38. <br /> <br />3. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement <br />for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and <br />specifications. The advertisement shall be publ1shed for three weeks I shall <br />specify the work to be done I shall state that bids will be received by the <br />
