<br />Village Manager until 11: 00 a.m. on January 14, 1966, at which time <br />they shall be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Village <br />Hall by the Village Manager and the Director of the Village Public Works <br />Department, will then be tabulated, and will be considered by the Council <br />at 7:30 p.m. on January 14, 1966 in the Council Chambers; and that no <br />bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and <br />accompanied by a cash deposit, chasier's check, bid bond or certified <br />check payable to the Village Manager for Ten Per Cent (10%) of the amount <br />of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Grauel, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All members present: <br /> <br />and no one voted against the same. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />)SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Manager <br />of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of said Village held on the 13th day of December, 1965 <br />with the original on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and <br />complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to Storm Sewer <br />Improvement No. 65-38. <br /> <br />WITNESS my hand as said Manager and the corporate seal of <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, ~his/LjT/, day of December I 1965. <br /> <br /> <br />(S E A L) <br /> <br />-2- <br />
