<br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />April 7, 1982 <br />-3- <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Matson moved and Mr. Rukavina seconded that the Commission recommend <br />approval of Harry Schroeder's request for preliminary plat at 2585 Hamline <br />Avenue with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the final sign plan be approved by the City Planner. <br /> <br />2) That the Planner's suggestions contained in the April 7 report, <br />regarding the landscaping, be incorporated as part of the applicant's <br />landscaping plan. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson. Nays: <br /> <br />Rukavina, Dressler, Matson, r1astel, Moeller, Cushing, and <br />None. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina moved and Mr. Mastel seconded that the meeting be adjourned <br />at 8:00 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: Rukavina, Dressler, Matson, Mastel, Moeller, <br />Cushing, and Johnson.
