<br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />June 2, 1982 <br />-5- <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina Moved and Mr. Matson Seconded that the COmmission recommend approval <br />of David Ficek's request for special use permit and preliminary plat at 2430 County <br />Road D, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That 10' of additional right-of-way be dedicated on County Road D. <br /> <br />2) That the final drainage plan be approved by the City Public Works Director. <br /> <br />3) That the required sidewalk on County Road D not be constructed unless it <br />is determined that Ramsey County will not construct a bike path in that <br />location. <br /> <br />4) That the development be constructed in accordance with plans dated June 2, 1982. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Dressler, Moeller, Rukavina, Cushing, Mastel, Matson, and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Mr. Mastel Moved and Mr. Rukavina Seconded that the meeting be adjourned at 9:15 <br />p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: Dressler, Moeller, Rukavina, Cushing, Mastel, Matson, <br />and Johnson. Nays: None. <br />
