Mr. Drown indicated that it would be <br />desirable to retain a drainage easement over the ponding portion of the <br />Ralph Reeder School site as well. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina Moved and Mr. Mastel Seconded, that the City Council consider an <br />amendment to the B-1 zoning ordinance that would require site plan approval for <br />developments in the B-I zoning district. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushing, Dressler, <br />Mastel, Matson, Moeller, Rukavina, and Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina Moved and Mr. Mastel Seconded, that the NCR Comten request for <br />rezoning from R-l to B-1 be recommended for approval to the City Council, with <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />I) That a ponding easement be dedicated over the southeast portion of the site. <br /> <br />2) That the Council adopt the above amendment to the B-1 zoning ordinance, <br />requiring site plan approval. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson.
