<br />-6- <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson indicated the Commission is considering two separate actions; <br />1) the amendment of the Comprehensive Plan to change the area north of <br />Rosedale from residential use to commercial use and 2) a determination <br />that the Comprehensive Plan is consistent with the Roseville Tax Increment <br />Financing Plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren made a slide presentation reviewing the Tax Increment Plan <br />and the change in the Comprehensive Plan for the property north of <br />Ros edal e . <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Hatson Moved and Rukavina Seconded that the Commission recommend approval <br />of the amendment to the Comprehensive Plan, changing the following properties <br />from low-density, residential to business. <br /> <br />Parcel Code No. <br /> <br />79-00900-010-1.3 <br />79-00900-010-14 <br />and all of Pai rview Hills, blocks 1, 2, and 3 <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Rukavina, Mastel, Matson, Moeller, Dressler, and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Matson Moved and Mastel Seconded, that the Roseville Planning Commission <br />determines that the City of Roseville Redevelopment and Tax Increment <br />Financing Plan dated July, 1982, is consistent with the City of Roseville <br />Comprehensive Plan. Roll Call, Ayes: Rukavina, Hastel, Matson, Moeller, <br />Dressler, and Johnson.
