<br />Roseville Planning Commission Minutes <br />January 5, 1983 <br />-2- <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Rukavina moved and Matson seconded that the Commission recommend approval of <br />Roberts Construction, Inc.'s request for rezoning from I-I to B-3 at 2465 <br />Fairview, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That all parking lots adjacent to Fairview Avenue be set back 15' from <br />the existing property line. <br /> <br />2) That the entire northerly parking lot be constructed with curb and gutter. <br /> <br />3) That the southerly parking lot be constructed with curb and gutter in that <br />portion easterly of the front of the structure. <br /> <br />4) That 6.5' of additional right-of-way be dedicated adjacent to Fairview Avenue. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson. Nays: <br /> <br />Mastel, Cushing, Dressler, Batson, Moeller, Rukavina, and <br />None. <br /> <br />Rukavina moved and Matson seconded that the Commission recommend approval of <br />Roberts Construction, Inc. 's request to withdraw their application for <br />variance to sign ordinance at 2465 Fairview. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, <br />Cushing, Dressler, Matson, Moeller, Rukavina, and Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Dressler moved and Rukavina seconded that the meeting be adjourned at 7:50 p.m. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Cushing, Dressler, Matson, Moeller, Rukavina, and <br />Johnson.
